This is how the organizing goes: The organizer announces about the outing and asks how many would be able to join. Appropriate dates would be selected. And then, the HR browses through a lot of resort websites to check with the details and reviews. He gets in touch with multiple resorts for the best quote. He will have to make sure if the resort has enough facilities and comes under the budget the company has allocated and if the resort is within the travel range. Some companies expect a team-building session as well. This is done by a few resorts and if not, it has to be arranged from elsewhere. Then comes arranging a mode of transport for the team. There are a couple of bus hiring applications and a lot of travel agencies to rent away buses for a day. After negotiating with a few agencies, you settle for a good bus at a good price. Then comes the big day where everything is going well because of HR’s efforts.
