New regulations for pre-born passengers

Effective immediately, airport security agents will implement the following measures to ensure proper screening of all pre-born flyers, including fetuses, zygotes, cell clusters, and fertilized eggs.

Pre-born passengers must have a valid boarding pass issued in their own name. No exceptions.

The 3.4 ounce carry-on limit for liquids applies to amniotic fluid. Pre-born individuals with an amount in excess of the limit must dispose of it prior to completing screening.

If an expectant parent has TSA pre-check, but the pre-born child does not, or vice versa, they must process through separate checkpoints, per regulations.

Pre-born passengers are permitted to bring one carry-on bag and one personal item. The passenger they are traveling within must clearly identify which items belong to the pre-born traveler.

Individuals wearing booties, hand-knitted socks, or those hard little white shoes in utero must remove them during screening, unless they have TSA pre-check.

Pre-boarding is not allowed for the pre-born. It’s just too confusing.

For flights within the United States, children conceived less than 18 years prior to the date of departure do not require identification when traveling with an adult companion with proper ID. However, children conceived less than 18 years prior to the date of departure who are themselves harboring a pre-born passenger must present government-issued identification in addition to valid boarding passes for themselves and their pre-born.

For international flights, all passengers must present a current passport. To verify the documents of passengers traveling within other passengers, ultrasound screening will be deployed.

Flyers who cannot pass facial recognition or fingerprint screening due to not having developed faces or fingers must undergo DNA testing to verify identity.

Fetuses selected for randomized secondary inspection will also undergo ultrasound examination and DNA verification.
